Plan limits and fair use

Clear allowances protect customer expectations and keep provider-backed services dependable. Momentum warns workspace owners at 70% and 90%, then blocks new consumption at 100% unless a signed order form includes approved overages.

Third-party charges

Carrier, telephony, email-provider, model-provider, payment-processing, and other external service fees are separate unless a signed order form expressly includes them.

Downgrades

Downgrades do not automatically delete data. Existing information stays available while creation or consumption is restricted until usage fits the destination plan.

Metering and retries

Monthly usage is recorded durably. Idempotent retries are not counted twice, and failed provider actions release their reservation.

Customer notice

Material reductions to paid allowances receive advance notice and apply no earlier than renewal unless required for security, law, or provider abuse prevention.

Capture privacy and retention

Website tracking remains inactive until consent is granted. Raw visitor events default to 90 days, aggregate analytics to 13 months, and workspace owners may choose shorter periods. Verified-domain crawl content remains until recrawled or deleted.

Enterprise+ managed service schedule

GBP 7,000 per month includes ten Enterprise seats and a GBP 3,500 managed-success package. Additional seats are GBP 350 each per month. Standard delivery includes the Launch Assurance Programme, Managed Storm Operations, the Quarterly Workflow Review and Optimization Pack, a named onboarding lead, 40 implementation and migration-assistance hours, four remote training sessions, ten UK-business-day launch hypercare, and priority response targets of one business hour for P1 and four business hours for P2 during published UK support hours.

Launch Assurance Programme

Named launch lead, migration/import review, provider setup, go-live checklist, and first 30-day hypercare.

Managed Storm Operations

Executive daily briefs, failed-send/sync/webhook monitoring, at-risk customer signals, and admin issue triage configured around the customer workflow.

Quarterly Workflow Review and Optimization Pack

Quarterly review of pipelines, automations, call outcomes, support delays, usage limits, and recommended improvements.

Unused implementation hours expire 90 days after kickoff. Custom development, data cleansing, on-site work, third-party fees, and work beyond the allowance require a written change order. Response targets are not uptime guarantees. A signed order form takes precedence where it expressly changes these terms.

The Enterprise+ CRM-record allowance is 1,000,000. Unlimited product limits remain subject to security controls, provider capacity, law, and reasonable abuse prevention.
